Author's Note: My siblings and I had our first taste of Gap Shoes, Watches and T-Shirts from the balikbayan box sent to us to the Philippines by my sister living Texas in 1990's. I will always remember my first Gap casual shoes made of leather, but looks like a rubber shoes. My siblings and I wore of Gap shoes, T-shirts and watches with pride. We were lucky because Gap products during those times were a very expensive items of clothing and only the rich people in the Philippines can buy them.
