he launched a menswear line where he translated his graphic design training into technically adept, embroidered, tailored pieces tailored pieces which reflect a high level of craftsmanship. Two (2) years later, Jensen incorporated womenswear into his collections. His work is conceptual and detailed both in its themes and designs.
Each of his collections is influenced by a high profile women, known for their styles and attitudes, among his previous muses were American actress and singer Sissy Spacek and Olympic ice-skater Tonya Harding. Jensen have also a number of celebrity clients which include Amy Winehouse, Rachel Bilson and Nina Persson, the lead singer from The Cardigans, a Swedish band.
Jensen also collaborated with brands like Topshop Fred Perry and B-Store.
Peter Jensen's latest Autumn/winter 2009-2010 collection entitled Jytte is inspired by Greenland and the Faroe Islands, examples are faded floral quilted jackets (for boys and girls), little beaded capes worn over plaid shirts or jumpers, jewelled socks, Little Red Riding Hood gauzy hoods, polar bear knitted jumpers, seal buckle belts, tablecloth plaid prints, Eskimo print puffa jackets, scarves with mittens on the end and polar bear hats complete with pompoms for ears, all came with a pair of thigh-high boots decorated with the sorts of flowers.
For his first ever (2010) Resort Collection, the looks he presented were simple half-flounced crepe dresses and sweet pea-colored sequin cardigans, as well as a shift in a print featuring ants carrying off rings, strawberries, a Scrabble tile and his signature rabbit print which has, in a sense, become the logo of Peter Jensen.
Jensen's showroom is located in Oxford Street in London.

My favorite! From his A/W 2009-2010 collection, I love the flower printed trench, jackets and vest and the caps with pompoms and for his Resort Collection, I like all the dresses with his signature rabbit print.
