In the 1960's London Fog goes public and branched into new categories of clothing beyond coats. They also manufactured hats, footwear and umbrellas, all things which are categorized as necessity in the event of sudden rain all in a style which can also be useful for any day.
By the 70's London Fog opened its first store and a has already a broad range of products that include sweaters, pants, luggage, and Sunglasses, etc. aside from their famous coats.
In the 80's London Fog was already hailed as the world's largest outerwear and raincoat manufacturer and started using a celebrity to endorse their product with Stephanie Powers.
90's was the time London Fog opens its door internationally, they began selling raincoats in the United Kingdom, opening seven London Fog Superstores; opened 25 shops in China. London Fog also created two (2) propriety fabrics, namely nrg 2000 and Thermostat 37.
In early 2000, London Fog opened a chain of stores called Weatherwear Clothing and created a high-end line that sells that upscale department stores and boutique.
In 2008, their 85th year of existence, London Fog started their humanitarian and charity campaign and made an advertisement featuring celebrities wearing their product, like, Kevin Bacon, Cheryl Hines, and Teri Hatcher through this campaign they were able to donate over 75,000 dollars to charities such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation and United Celebral Palsy. Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton also posted for London Fog for charity benefiting The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp.
In more than 80 years of existence, London Fog became a premier global lifestyle brand that branched out into a number of product categories, among them were handbags, luggage, outerwear, cold-weather gear, luggage, children's wear, accessories, etc.
In the middle of 2009, London Fog has come out with a new advertisement campaign using the top supermodel of the world Gisele Bundchen as their model. The multi-media marketing campaign debuted in October issues of fashion, lifestyle and entertainment magazines, outdoor billboards and online.
