Jeffrey Chow is a Fashion Designer who was born in Hong Kong in 1968. Jeffrey Chow then moved to London,, and studied at Central St. Martins Fashion College where he graduated in 1989.

In 1990, he moved to New York and started his career as assistant to Marc Jacobs at the house of Perry Ellis, where he worked as the sportswear designer. He stayed at the House of Perry Ellis for three (3) years . Afterwards, Chow moved to Tommy Hilfiger, where he became part of the team designing the Red Label Collection.

Chow moved to Italy in 2001 and joined as an assistant to Julio Espada and as Senior Designer at the house of Pucci.

In 2003, Chow felt that his time had come to start up an own fashion/clothing label, hence, in September 2003 New York Fashion Week at the Cartier Mansion, he showed and introduced his debut collection for Spring/Summer 2004 . He won enthusiastic reviews from both the fashion press and the retailers. Chow's designs which exuded uptown elegance and downtown sophistication, have been featured at Henri Bendel on New York's Fifth Avenue.

In 2004, Chow won the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award and in the same year, he presented his Fall/Winter 2004 collection during New York Fashion Week.

Chow showed classic tailoring in traditional fabrics, loose-fitting jackets, flannel trousers both wide and skinny cut, and slim herringbone pencil skirts. His structured satin dress were charming. Chow serves up evening wear for the "lady who never sleeps".

Chow's clientele include supermodel Jacquetta Wheeler, known as the Gucci, Chanel, and Prada girl, other supermodels like Wheeler and fashion executives.
