Nick Knight refers to one of world's acclaimed fashion photographers and is among the world's most influential and visionary photographers. He is also one the Britain's most innovativ e and influential photographers and image makers. He has pushed the boundaries of commercial and editorial photography and collaborated with leading names in contemporary art, design, music and fashion. Nick Knight owns SHOWstudio and also its Director. SHOWstudio is an award-winning fashion website and online fashion broadcasting company was launched in 2000.

SHOWstudio's innovative and ground-breaking projects have defined the manner in which fashion is presented through the Internet. SHOWstudio has pioneered Fashion Film and is now recognised as the leading force behind this new medium. Working with the latest technology, SHOWstudio broadcasts live from catwalk shows and fashion shoots, allowing an international audience instant and unparalleled access to the previously closed world of high fashion. As a fashion photographer, he has consistently challenged conventional notions of beauty and is feted for his groundbreaking creative collaborations with leading designers including Yohji Yamamoto, John Galliano, Alexander McQueen. He has also done advertising campaigns for the most prestigious clients such as Christian Dior, Lancome, Swarovski, Levi Strauss, Calvin Klein or Yves Saint Laurent as well as award-winning editorial for W, British Vogue, Paris Vogue, Dazed & Confused, Another, Another Man and i-D magazines have consistently kept Knight at the vanguard of progressive image-making for the past three decades. His first book of photographs, Skinheads, was published in 1982.

Nick Knight was born in 1958. He has won many awards, among them are: Moet et Chandon Fashion Tribute, Terence Donovan Award by the Royal Photographic Society for major achievement in the previous year by a British photographer in the field of commercial, advertising or editorial work, Most Influential fashion photographer in the World'by The Face magazine, among many others.

His works has also been exhibited in international art institutions and museums like the Victoria & Albert Museum.
